Messages are sent to shayna.healthops@gmail.com and are used only to review your request, respond to you, and discuss potential scope of work. We do not sell, rent, or share inquiry information with third parties for marketing purposes, and we do not add you to a marketing list based on an email inquiry.
How information is protected
Email is transmitted and stored by your email provider and ours; we keep access-controlled records only to the extent needed for business correspondence. Information is retained only as long as needed for business correspondence and recordkeeping.
Requesting deletion
You may request a copy or deletion of the information you submitted at any time by sending an email to shayna.healthops@gmail.com with the subject "Data Request." We will confirm and process reasonable requests promptly.
